Ball Mill And Air Classifier Production Line

This closed-circuit dry grinding unit combines ceramic ball mill and vertical air classifier, customized for mass production of industrial talc fillers. It achieves continuous grinding and online classification, stably outputting medium-fine talc powder with adjustable fineness. Low unit energy consumption and large processing capacity make it the mainstream solution for talc used in coatings, plastics and rubber.

How It Works

Technical breakdown of the core processes and technology behind Ball Mill And Air Classifier Production Line.

Raw talc ore is fed into the ceramic-lined ball mill and ground with inert ceramic grinding media to eliminate metallic contamination. The ground lamellar talc powder is extracted by airflow and delivered to the vertical air classifier. Qualified fine talc flakes pass through the turbine wheel and enter dust collectors as finished products. Oversized talc agglomerates are separated and conveyed back to the ball mill for regrinding, forming a fully automatic closed-circuit circulation system. Adjusting the rotating speed of the classifier can flexibly switch the mesh specification of finished talc products.
