Air Classifier Mill
Air Classifier Mill is an integrated dry-process ultrafine grinding equipment combining impact pulverization and built-in air classification. It is widely used for talc and other mineral fillers, featuring stepless adjustable fineness, narrow particle size distribution and powerful de-agglomeration performance. It can be directly connected with surface activation modification equipment and automatic packaging machines to form a full closed talc deep processing production line.

How It Works
Technical breakdown of the core processes and technology behind Air Classifier Mill.
Raw talc material enters the grinding chamber through the feed valve and is crushed by high-speed rotating impact discs under strong impact, shear and collision forces. The airflow carries crushed talc particles upward to the turbine classifier. Qualified fine talc powder passes through the classifier and is collected by the cyclone separator and bag dust collector, while oversized coarse talc particles are thrown back to the grinding chamber for re-grinding under centrifugal force, forming a closed-circuit continuous grinding cycle.
